More than 225 MPA/MPP students and new grads, from over 40 schools, attended NASPAA's networking mixer on July 1st for students interning in Washington.  NASPAA organizes annual mixers to support member schools' students, allowing them to meet their fellow scholars from around the country.This year we secured the Next Generation of Government Training Summit as a cosponsor, enabling us to offer twice the amount of food!  We thank member schools' career directors for spreading the word and encouraging their students to attend! Several attendees suggested that we create a forum so that MPA/MPP interns can remain connected.  We have created a Facebook group: www.facebook.com/groups/MPAinterns.
